Join the Milton Philharmonic Orchestra as they kick off their 12th season with a family friendly matinee concert. Aimed at music lovers of all ages, from first-timers to lifelong fans, this engaging and interactive program will explore the different instruments and sections of the orchestra and how they work together to create magic! Featuring Sergei Prokofiev’s classic musical fairy tale Peter and the Wolf, with a special guest narrator.

Meet The Narrator – Mary Pat McBride 

Mary Pat came from a musical theatre background and has been doing community theatre productions in Halton/GTA for many years now. Her most notable shows include – Brigadoon (Meg Brockie), The Odd Couple (Olive), Murder on the Orient Express (Helen Hubbard), Nanas’ Naughty Knickers (Nana), Steel Magnolias as (Ousier) and Murder is announced (Letetia Blacklock). She also had the opportunity to experience a movie shoot with a character roll (Barbara Johnson) this past March 2025.

Mary Pat has also been nominated by ACT-CO for Leading actress in “The Odd Couple”” and Supporting Actress in “Trivia Pursuits”. Mary Pat’s passion is being on stage, however she Produced her 1 st show “Bienvenue Oh Trout Lake” Feb 2025 for the Milton Players Theater Group and is now producing her 2nd show with “Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses” Nov 2025. “I hope you enjoy Peter and the Wolf as much as I did being part of the production.”
